HERCLIS™
Acceptable Use Policy

What is not permitted when using the HERCLIS™ website and platform.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not permitted when using the HERCLIS™ website and platform. It exists to protect customers, their data and the integrity of the service.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the website or platform to break the law, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to transmit malicious code.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data; probe or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without written authorisation; or circumvent authentication, rate limiting or permission boundaries.
You may not interfere with service availability, including through excessive automated requests, or resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.
Use of automated capability
Where HERCLIS is deployed, the customer configures the scope of authority granted to automated agents. Customers must not configure the platform to take actions they are not themselves entitled to take, and must keep human approval in place for decisions requiring judgment, authorization or professional responsibility.
The platform must not be configured to produce deceptive communications, to impersonate a person without disclosure, or to make determinations about individuals in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
Reporting and enforcement
Suspected misuse or a security issue can be reported through the Contact page. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and will work with affected customers to resolve the issue.
